1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role within my apprenticeship is to work within a number of project management teams in which I will help support with their day to day work, this will include placements within the three main project areas: - Project Risk - Project Controlls - Project Planning

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes I have learnt how to analyse EVM data and also learnt how to score Risks and how they are inputted on a risk register.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy this programme as it allows me to gain a wide range of experience and skills from different project teams, however I believe that we need to have more freedom from the functions and we need to be allowed to explore wider business units.

4. How valued do you feel by BAE Systems?

I feel valued in some aspects and some project teams however I think that I do not have as much value in this business as I did in the old business I worked for.

5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is structured well with the areas we need to cover however all trainees in the same intake should cover the three core areas within their first year rather than some doing 2 out of 3 and other not doing any core in the first year as it is unfair.

6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?

We recieve a great deal of support from some tutors at college.
