    • There is a wide range of variety in the tasks that i perform which keeps the job interesting.

    • We, as apprentices, recieve any help/guidance when needed from BAE staff.We are encouraged to believe that we are the future of the business.

    • The apprenticeship scheme at BAE is very thorough and help is readily at hand for any apprentice with any difficulty that should arise.
