  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the programme a lot. As part of my role I travel up to London once or twice a month I particularly enjoy this aspect of the job as there is a great company culture and enviroment in the London office. I also spent the whole of November working in London, this was a great learning curve. The team in both Ipswich and London is great. Everyone gets on really well and i feel i have been welcomed in to both teams.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • We had a full induction week in our first week, this was well organised and very informative. There isnt much structure involved in the programme - we tend to just be put in our teams and left get on with it - which i like! There isnt much structure to our exams/qualifiaction i.e. we have to decide when to take our exams and what ones we do. This has its positives and negatives. In terms of our Study we get one Revision Day per exam - this is managable but i think when the exams get harder this may prove difficult. Since starting in August we haven't really got back together in our school leavers group and discussed how work is going - this would be good.
