i work within procurement this requires with me dealing with internal customers and suppliers on a daily basis managing orderbooks and deliverys meet schedule adherance
Yes, from the training I have received ive built my IT skills and Project Management skills massively, I have also learnt new procurement skills throughout.
I really enjoy my programme, I get a lot of opportunities which other companys may not provide and I know BAE provides a lot of money to support our development
very, throughout all my placements my teams have made me feel valued and welcomed treating me like a member of the team and a normal member of staff.
Vey, we have a schedual that we follow, moving to new placements promptly which are pre organised for us in a timely manor ensuring we can make the most ofeach placement
we receive loads of support through probationary reviews and 12 weekly reviews throughout the whole of our scheme, managers also provide a lot of support
A lot, each manager have been welcoming and gone out their way to provide the highest amount of support to each apprentice which works for them
Well, I am in the last few months of my scheme and I have bought my own house at 21 along with a new car and a horse, so I think it is a very competitive salary
yes, outside your day to day job there are loads to get involved with, I have done the innovation challenge and been the union representative for apprentices.

because it is such a good career to have. they put a lot of money and effort into the younger generation and staff so you have a career for life.
to believe in yourself but also to put 100% effort into the application process. don't underestimate the difficulty of getting through.
