Being a technical apprentice I feel very valued and with all the support you get for staff and people back at the training centre.
BAE Systems have been taking on apprentices for decades now so as you can imagine the structure to the programme is quite smooth, and it is. I always know my targets and objectives and who my point of contact is.
being an apprentice we have a huge amount of support and many people to get into contact with if i experience a problem.

its a great way of getting educated and at the same time being paid. the knowledge you gain from speaking to the people who work here and the experience to see the product once its complete is extraordinary
