I am a design apprentice, i work as part of a team to create the a 3d model and output drawings.
i have learnt a lot of new skills both office and shop floor based
i really enjoy the program
i feel as valued as all the other employees, i get given good work and there is always support when it is needed
the programme is very well organised, all college/placements are organised and work very well
i receive all the support i need such as with work, with finances or emotional support

my salary is sufficient, however, more would be much appreciated
there is a range of opportunities outside work including social events and work events
