I am an Instrumentation Engineer apprentice, which involves calibrating and maintaining thousands of tools and pieces of equipment. Generally work is varied and interesting.
Yes, a wide variety of skills in both mechnical and electrical fields. All of which is very useful in both day to day work and outside of the company
I really enjoy each day at work. College is ok. Work is varied and there are many different tasks that are available for apprentices to do. College provides the core academic background.
I feel like a Valued member of the organisation, whereby i am given the oppourtunity to be involved in tasks that i would not normally be given the chance.
Extremely well organised. All parts of the apprenticeship are tailored for the learner to recieve maximum exposure to the jobs they will doing whilst still being kept safe.
More than enough training is recieved through on the job expierence and also through the manual training that is recieved whilst you are in college.
Extra Support is currently being taken advantage of and the company will also look to aid any individual that requires it. Be that in terms of academia or life issues.
Yes it is Acceptable. With additional benefit. The company pay apprentices a really good wage throughout your training and also through your develeopment they will also provide funding for additional training.
Yes the company is involved with a variety of sports clubs and is also involved with charitable work and you are able to partake in any of the events that you wish.

Excellent Apprenticeship Scheme with the oppourtunities to develop yourself and also the benefits recieved whilst working for BAE systems which are available from the start.
Look into the role you are applying for and make sure to do some research on the company. The process can be very drawn out and there can sometimes be no correspondence for months but be patient.
