3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy what I do day to day and it has helped me plan my career progression for the future. My team have helped me progress and are very supportive, i have setled in well, i have adapted to the workplace as it is a lot different from school. I enojy my programme and this job is better than i was expecting.

4. How valued do you feel by Tesco?

I feel a valued part of the team and the wider tesco. I am recognised for some things that i do although i do feel that more often than not the things you dont do are focussed on more which as a new member to the team can be disheartening. As an admin i am not always involved in meetings and projects that i feel could be helpful to me in order to learn of that i wouold enjoy doing. Although i do feel valued as a team member.

5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Well structured and regular training, support when needed by programme manager, as she is easily accessible and always has time to catch up, team managers need to understand the extent of work i have ton complete on the apprenticeship more and give work load accordingly. Sometimes i feel i am treated as bottom of hierachy but other times i feel more than just an admin.

6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?

A lot of support. She is very helpful and around for advice when needed. She is more than prepared to help and has a positive attitude to helping

6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot of support as they are linked with early careers team. We have an early careers delegate and that means we have a HR person to go to with regards to that which helps us fel more supported and integrated. They are always more than happy to help.

7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?

It doesnt really. It is hard to encorporate car/transport costs but if you dont dirve it is more than enough money. If i hjad to get the train every day it probably wouldnt get me through the month.

8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?

Im sure there are plenty of opportunities outside of work but it is not something i have looked into.
