  • 4. How valued do you feel by Tesco?
  • I feel a valued part of the team and the wider tesco. I am recognised for some things that i do although i do feel that more often than not the things you dont do are focussed on more which as a new member to the team can be disheartening. As an admin i am not always involved in meetings and projects that i feel could be helpful to me in order to learn of that i wouold enjoy doing. Although i do feel valued as a team member.
