  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I work as a member of the support and integration team at Affiliate Future. My daily tasks would be managing my own integrations and ensure they get live on the network. I would interact with all aspects of the office and get the opportunity to speak with all teams. I also get the chance to network with external employees and work with them in order to add them to the network.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I don't think my programme is very well organised at all. I feel as though it was not organised and my assessors were confused as to who was in charge and were unable to decide which work I could complete as well as changing "the rules" of the apprenticeship halfway through so that I was completing 2 separate pieces of work for 2 assessors at the same time, whilst trying to complete my job.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • I received some support, when asked occasionally I would receive assistance, however, sometimes they would be very quick replies if I received one at all.

    4/10

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive plenty of support from my employer, everyone at the company is very helpful and assists me with any issues I may have as well as helping me through anything I am unsure of.

    8/10

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • It meets it very well. The only issue that has arisen for myself has been travel costs, I think if the company could cover travel that would be incredibly helpful as the travel took up almost a third of my pay every month.

    7/10

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • There are company events to attend such as awards and insight events. I attend these with my team and am able to get a great insight into the market and digital marketing in general thanks to these.

  • 9. Would you recommend Affiliate Future to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • A great start to the working environment and a good chance to begin your career by learning both in a controlled manor as well as on the job gaining important experience.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Affiliate Future?
  • I would recommend ensuring that digital marketing and affiliate marketing is the career path you would like to go down. It completely engrosses you and once you have started down digital marketing it is likely you will remain in a similar line of work.
