  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • As a store apprentice my role within the store can change from day to day. I could be doing deliveries in the morning before the store opens, I could be replenishing stock throughout the day or even doing a shift on the till. The first year is being trained on all the various jobs around the store after the first year is when managerial training will begin.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • As an apprentice your hourly pay is lower than other potosi tons such as stock assistant or store assistant but it's more about the end goal and what you want to achieve and if you achieve your end goal of finishing the apprentiship then you will come out with a better position and an equally better hourly pay.
