I have learnt many new skills, I have passed my ISTQB foundation and recently have passed the AGILE course. I have also furthered my knowledge in the IT systems due to working with it a lot.
I enjoy it very much due to it being completely different to what my previous job was and seeing the opportunities within the company helps me see a clear career.
I get a lot of appreciation from my manager and given a lot of work to help me become more experienced and by giving me more knowledge.
I think it is structured okay but we could do with a bit more info for each course we do, as we are turning up and not knowing a lot about it.
We receive a lot of support from QA, if we ever have a problem we can just email them and get a reply almost instantly to help with our queries.
We receive a lot of support from HPE due to not knowing a lot about the job itself, everyone is approachable and will help if I am stuck or have any questions.
At this moment the salary is just enough for me to live off however I see potential in the future earnings to comfortably live off.
There are a lot of opportunities at work like activities and different sports you can get involved in.
