  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have achieved a level 4 diploma through Capgemini's well delivered higher apprenticeship. Along side the course modules, I have also had the opportunity to learn a large variety or technical and soft skills in my day to day job. I had next to no coding experience before working for Capgemini and a few years down the line, I feel I am able to code confidently using COBOL and DB2. I have also gained a lot of SQL knowledge whilst working here. Capgemini also provide plenty of training opportunities for people who wish to learn new skills or develop existing ones.
