  • Lots of skills developed: Microsoft applications (E.g. Excel, Visio) Soft Skills Project Management (From APM) Communication skills Leadership skills

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Its been good for experience, personal development and knowledge however the development of my academic side of my apprenticeship could of been better from you company. I have had some good exposure to projects however my company's pay, rank development was not as good as I expected.

  • Quite valued overall

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My company have got a while to go before the scheme is what it could be as it is very new and there could be more support for the academic side of the apprenticeship as after QA exams are over the apprenticeship is like a full time job with exams and course work

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • I had an assessor that was very helpful however QA was very slow getting us assigned a new assessor who is also very helpful

  • Support in my jobs is very good 9/10 Support as an apprentice (such as course work, exams etc.) is poor 3/10

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • Feel cheated Apprentices in my company are almost the only ones who do not get the London weighting wage Demotivating to see workers who do the same job as me getting a much better pay especially as I am not getting much time/ time to focus on the apprenticeship Overall good for an apprentice and there are pay increases

  • Lots of volunteering, groups the company encourages outside of work

  • Even as apprentice there are lots of oppounitys to advance your career

  • Fully review HR portal/ contract before joining
