  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I think my apprenticeship is organised really well. I was able to do my induction straight away and completed within the first month of being there. I'm able to get a few hours study each week so I can catch up on coursework. Also, I get see my assessor on a monthly basic to got through my work and sometimes I'll get to see them more than that is necessary.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a lot of support from my manager and the nursery manager. If I am struggling with certain tasks they are able to go through it with me. It's a huge bonus that our head office is across because if no one is available to help in the office I can go to them for support.
