in admin I am answering phones and the door. I communicate with all nursery managers and administrators. set up and send some emails to parents. complete mail merges, and any ADHOCK jobs that may occur.
I have learnt lots. My computer skills have developed, my grammar has improved and my confidence in helping people has grown.
