  • I am the Supervisor of the Credit Repair Team. This is debt recoveries driven and I manage a group of people including other managers.

  • Yes. Team building and resource planning. Another good area was stress management which I found very beneficial.

  • Very much so. Sue my leader was very helpful and left me to my own devices unless required

  • Very valued. The core values of the company strike true and I feel I can drive that through my employees

  • All modules are laid out to show what is needed and for the essay style questions it is clear what you need to provide

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • A lot. They are always available to assist and in the building regularly to reach out to.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Enterprise allow 1 hour a week in work to complete the NVQ so this is sufficient. If you are committed you will be able to complete it in a good time frame.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • Its is reasonable but leaves a lot for improvement. You are also capped which limits progression

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • Yes there are. There is so much more to enterprise other than your basic role. This includes NVQ, management training, Philanthropy and Diversity.

  • 9. Would you recommend Enterprise Mobility to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Career ethos and work ethic. Strong founding values. You will be promoted if you work hard and commit to your goals


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Enterprise Mobility?
  • Learn about the company first. If it is what you want from a career then the role you start in does not matter the progression will be there
