  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • During my time as an apprentice, I have gained the following qualifications: NVQ Level 2 - Business and Administration NVQ Level 3 - Business and Administration I feel that I have benefited a lot from "on-the-job" training, more so than the actual qualifications themselves. However the NVQ qualifications are still a huge benefit as they add to your knowledge of varies parts of business and administration.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Stellantis?
  • Being an apprentice does not mean that you have reduced responsibility within the business. I was given the same tasks as other members of my team from the start, as well as guidance and help if needed. This really made me feel part of the team and I have always felt like I am making a contribution to the business.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The induction process was very good and made my first week with the business fun and informative. Support has remained there throughout my apprenticeship and I have never had any problems. The NVQ assessors are very helpful and the deadlines they set are always achievable and realistic.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • As stated in the previous question, the NVQ assessors are very helpful and I have minimal contact with them regarding questions/queries. This is because the work is straight forward and well explained. I don't think that coursework and assignments can ever be "enjoyable" to complete, but the assessors try to make it as fun as possible and there is always help if you need it.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • Very well. I still live with my parents so I do not have any living costs so this is the main reason why I am able to have the majority of my salary as disposable income.

    9/10

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?

These included a 5-a-side football tournament at the Emirates stadium with Citroen, 5-a-side football tournament at Arsenal's training ground with Citroen, a charity celebrity car wash event for Children in Need, and many experiential events as part of my previous role as IT Support.
