1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My roles and responsibilities include dealer support, which means dealer queries relating to the sales campaign and speaking to them both directly and electronically for example, I have the responsibility of meeting dealers at dealerships and ensuring all my email mail boxes such as Sales Support and CUK Sales and my personal, are replied to in good time. I commence payments on a daily basis for difference makes of Citroën vehicles for the difference quarters such as, conquest payments allow me to pay a set amount for customers who have previously not owned a Citroën, and when they order a DS3 they send their V5 as proof, and they then receive either £1000 or £1,500 before VAT and depending on the model. I also, get involved in Motability as for example I previously had a high responsibility of selecting the appropriate cars and examining the correct prices for vehicles under the Motability scheme for the pricelists in which is published both internally and externally. Travel Arrangements is another responsibility I hold, which means I source hotels and book flights and travel for commercial division for example, Zone Managers who regularly have to travel a far distance to attend Pinley House meetings. I also, order stationary requests for individuals around the business to ensure they can commence with their daily tasks.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt more on ICT, such as using excel creating formulae's, learning more about Motability and its benefits which enhances my skills and confidence in interacting with individuals about the Motability scheme. I have learnt to prioritise my time and organise myself more effectively.

It is very well organised for example, I am set assignments from my assessor for my Business Administration qualification and am given deadlines, this is why it is vital I am organised and able to complete the assignments.

6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?

I receive support if needed, my assessor gave me his email and contact number if I am stuck of a task. He comes out every couple of month to assess how well I am doing and what I need to be doing, this is to keep me going in the right direction. I really enjoy my apprenticeship scheme and wouldn't change it.
