  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My roles and responsibilities include dealer support, which means dealer queries relating to the sales campaign and speaking to them both directly and electronically for example, I have the responsibility of meeting dealers at dealerships and ensuring all my email mail boxes such as Sales Support and CUK Sales and my personal, are replied to in good time. I commence payments on a daily basis for difference makes of Citroën vehicles for the difference quarters such as, conquest payments allow me to pay a set amount for customers who have previously not owned a Citroën, and when they order a DS3 they send their V5 as proof, and they then receive either £1000 or £1,500 before VAT and depending on the model. I also, get involved in Motability as for example I previously had a high responsibility of selecting the appropriate cars and examining the correct prices for vehicles under the Motability scheme for the pricelists in which is published both internally and externally. Travel Arrangements is another responsibility I hold, which means I source hotels and book flights and travel for commercial division for example, Zone Managers who regularly have to travel a far distance to attend Pinley House meetings. I also, order stationary requests for individuals around the business to ensure they can commence with their daily tasks.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt more on ICT, such as using excel creating formulae's, learning more about Motability and its benefits which enhances my skills and confidence in interacting with individuals about the Motability scheme. I have learnt to prioritise my time and organise myself more effectively.

  • Yes I love my programme, I have learnt many skills and abilities, its a fantastic opportunity.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Stellantis?
  • I feel very valued, I feel appreciate by my Line Manager he ensures I am able to complete a task and received all the training I need. I am constantly being involved in projects and tasks such as the retail campaigns, and was given the opportunity to go to London to launch the New DS 3.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is very well organised for example, I am set assignments from my assessor for my Business Administration qualification and am given deadlines, this is why it is vital I am organised and able to complete the assignments.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • I receive support if needed, my assessor gave me his email and contact number if I am stuck of a task. He comes out every couple of month to assess how well I am doing and what I need to be doing, this is to keep me going in the right direction. I really enjoy my apprenticeship scheme and wouldn't change it.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive as much support as I was from my Line Manager he ensures I understand how to full fill my job role for example, he has taught me how to pay queries and formulae's, how to change and publish retail campaigns etc.. HR Team are very helpful if I need any support they are always able to help. Everyone has a positive attitude to support me.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • My salary is excellent for a apprentice, I am able to pay for my living costs, travel and daily costs.

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • Before I started PSA, I worked part time at Matalan whilst studying at six form and there wasn't many opportunities outside work. Although since I have started PSA opportunities are handed to you, there's always a chance to learn something new and better yourself. for example the company had a event in Westfield launching the New DS 3 which I was able to attend.

  • Yes

  • Because its a amazing opportunities you are studying whilst gaining experience.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Stellantis?
  • Ensure that they know enough about the company and have done some back ground research. You have studied for the Assessments so you feel more confident.
