  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

    • i am a maintenance engineer, everyday i have to fault find. i often have projects given to me by my group leader. he is the leader of the group. My projects can range from numerous things and could be mechanical or they could even be electrical.

    • Gained PEO,s aswel as knowladge in the btecs i have taken. i am also vetter at working in teams and i have gained loads of practical skills while at college and work. I will also gain some NVQs aswell as more btec aswell as a few more peos's

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • i enjoy team work, company and the company culture. it is exactly how i expected it which is good because i was happy with how i imagined it. I really enjoy the apprenticeship.

    • I feel i am valued by jaguar land rover. This is because they invest in me. they treat me well. I fell all the members in my team value me. Over all i feel valued by the entire company.
