  • Working In service management, daily basis includes dealing with high priorty IT issues, VIP schroders clients and staff and generally just helping IT users

  • Yes a couple of day courses

  • It is relatively enjoyable however it needs improvement with organisation especially from the HR side

  • Great for the first few months then died out

  • a lot, personal mentor has been very helpful

  • its a great offer for a trainee program however if you add living and travel costs it isnt perfect
