  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • I receive a great amount of support, however i do feel as if group learning (classroom based) for one day a week would have benefited me more as oppose to monthly visits. This would be because there would be more regular access to verbal support.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • I feel as if the Apprentice salary of £2.85 a hour is unreasonable. Only because it seems like a very minimal amount to be given when you are said to be a well appreciated team member and when you carry out many tasks independently and to the best of your ability. I do not get paid at that rate, i am content with my salary but i do feel it is necessary to flag my concerns up for the benefit of other apprentices.
