  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role is in the Events team and this involves helping to organise events by paying suppliers, ordering vehicles, attending set-up days and the live event days, selecting uniform for staff and various other tasks to contribute to the running of the event.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Networking is a big skill I have developed on, as you work with so many different people in the Events industry, from suppliers to stand builders to stand designers, and you have to be able to speak confidently with them.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • My programme is probably the best opportunity I have had - I've met so many people from networking and I have been exposed to all the different roles working in the event industry can give you. I'm not always sat in the office either and get to physically go to the events and see the finished product.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Stellantis?
  • You do recieve recognition from the company, whether it's an e-mail of thanks from a director, or a mention on an internal article. Your work is recognised.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It's hard to give specific targets in my role because every day you do something different, but there are certain things that are my responsibility, mainly financial. I have regular meetings to discuss what upcoming tasks I may have though.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • I recieve a lot of support from my training provider, they're always happy to help and always on e-mail or mobile. It's been a big help when you have last minute coursework due in.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I have a specific 'mentor' who I have my regular meetings with, and my colleagues are always happy to help me when I'm facing something I haven't done before.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • It's very competitive compared with some apprenticeships, and any expenses you incur from working out of office you can claim back, so it's a good system.

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • There's often volunteer opportunities, sometimes to help out at Events working on the stand or promoting, and there are extra courses you can take too.

  • 9. Would you recommend Stellantis to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • It's all round a very good company to work for, you feel looked after and I have a good variety of work, both in and out of the office. It can be challenging, but this prepares you for after the apprenticeship.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Stellantis?
  • Be confident, working for a big company means you have to stand out, always introduce yourself confidently. You should also show an interest in as many aspects of the company as possible.
