I feel I am treated more than fairly and feel like a valued member of the team even though i'm not contributing fully yet i am treated completely as an equal.
The induction was excellent and based at the Ricoh arena which was a real treat and a great start to my time at the company. The training is currently on going and is provided at a very high standard.I do feel the meetings should be more frequent with are mentors though.
I receive plenty of support from my training provider and the staff at the college.
Support from everyone at JLR is excellent and you really feel you have people to talk to about problems.
