  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • With regards to First4Skills and the qualification - I would describe it as the opposite to organised! I had 3 lecturers, the visits were infrequent and the work I had left was not actually known until the last minute

  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Fujitsu have looked after me very well and given me the opportunity to begin and hopefully progress my working career. I am very happy here and enjoy coming to work. Fujitsu have also been interested in me by encouraging me to get on courses/develop myself for the future and I will always be grateful for that through my working career.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Fujitsu?
  • I would say to be yourself, be confident in your own ability but do not be afraid to hold your hands up and want help. Try to get involved as you can and put as much into the apprenticeship as much as you want back.
