  • I have recieved ample ammount of support from my training provider. After I have completed my exam I think that there will be more support given and more support will be needed, when I start my workbooks. I have no doubt that whatever support I need I will recieve from my training provider.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Similar to my last answer, I have had an overwhelming ammount of support from my employer. Everyone in my office, all my colleagues have been very understanding of my lack of knowledge, and also my need for time away from my desk in order to get my work done for my exam. My line manager, [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions], has been very supportive, giving me more time to revise than my training provider suggested, and always checks in with me, making sure that I will definitely be prepared for my exam. Furthermore in prepartation for my workbooks, we have sat down and gone through how much time I will need to complete them and how he and the rest of the team can support me with this.

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • Yes there are many opportunities outside of my workplace. The new DCB [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions], is bringing many new social activities, and I have already been on visits to other departments of the bank, which is outside my apprenticeship requirements. Furthermore I am a Girl Guide Leader and the Bank has allowed me to have more flexible work hours in order for me to be able to keep my committment to my voluntary work.
