  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My job changes from day-to-day. This is because I am a float secretary. This means so one day I could be in one department, then the next day I could be in a different office with another team.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • In the last 6 months I feel like I have learnt so much about both the world of work, different job roles, different skills and myself. One of the biggest skill I have learnt and developed over the last 6 months is networking. This is because in my job role I meet so many different people on a daily basis. Therefore having good networking and communication skills is vital in this role. I have also learnt a lot in terms of my qualification. Things I have learnt from the qualification include different attitudes to work such as having good work ethics.
