I am a trainee Quantity Surveyor. Morgan Sindall allow me to carry out usual day to day QS tasks whilst under supervision from senior members of staff. Currently running with 9 active projects. One day a week is spent at college.
Almost everything I have learned are new skills as this industry is completely new to me.
Thoroughly enjoy the day to day working within the environment that I'm in. Looking forward to starting the university aspect which will start in September so I can work towards my degree and become qualified.
I feel a valued member of staff, mainly down to the responsibility I have looking after my projects.
Very good, college so far has been with a local very reputable training provider.
Full day one day a week and the option of out of hours support should I need it.
I'm part of a very well structured team with support from an array of roles with all different levels of experience.
I'm relatively new to the role with only `15momnths experience to salary level is basic but with expectations to increase as time goes by and I progress.
Non-official events are regularly made within the department that I work.
