I really enjoy my placement and I am learning new things every day.
I feel valued by my team and project.
the college I go to is not very organised as they very rarely do any visits and take a long time to mark work.
I get support from work to complete my course on time and we have regular meetings at work with the HR team to discuss our progress.
I receive a lot of support from my employer as we always get given time if we need to complete course work or exams
I am satisfied with my package at the moment but when I finish my apprenticeship I would like to discuss my package as I feel I have taken allot of responsibilities in my role as an apprentice.
