  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Whilst working at JLL I have learnt many skills including professional skills such as how to behave in an office, how to answer the telephone properly and how to speak to others in the office. I have also learnt many technology skills such as how to use Photoshop, excel and powerpoint to an excellent standard. I have been given many chances to complete courses on a range of skills and I will be taking this up throughout the rest of my time at JLL.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at JLL so far and have found the apprenticeship extremely helpful. I have learnt a lot and am looking forward to developing more skills over the next 6 months. I have had the chance to do things that other people my age wouldn't be given for example team building exercises, courses and meeting extraordinary people.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by JLL?

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The apprenticeship is not as well structured as it could be, I feel that it is very unorganised. I also feel that they haven't supported us as much with the work as they should of done.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • Not very much, the training provider has promised many networking events but are yet to actually provide these. The work side of things is very rushed and not explained well.

    4/10

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I feel that my employer is not as supportive for the apprenticeship as they could be, I have not been given any time to do college work and so struggle at times to find time to finish all assignments.

    5/10

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • My salary meets the needs of my costs, I rent a flat and have to provide for myself and yet I don't struggle. They also include travel costs which is very helpful as that saves a huge amount of money in London.

    10/10

  • Yes I have been given many opportunities to do things outside of work, there are lots of clubs you can join.
