I work within the UK intermediary sales department for the Client Data Specialists. My job involves helping to manage client data in the CRM system ensuring it is up to date and accurate for the sales department.
I have learnt how to use Salesforce and Demand Tools to a very good standard. I have also participated in many training and networking days.
I am really enjoying the programme. Schroders is a great place to work and I settled in to my team with great ease. Everyone is more than happy to help with anything.
I feel very valued. I am encouraged to do things for the good of my career. I realise also that a lot of money has been invested in us through training etc.
It is very well organised. There is plenty to do and there is usually an option on whether you wan to attend events.
I receive a lot of support from the Learning and Development and HR team. They organise the training and also help us with any problems we have or advice if we are looking to the future.
I have received good support from Schroders. Everyone is more than happy to help with any problems. In the beginning I had many coffee meetings with my co-workers to give me advice.
Not very well. I had to move down from Stoke to London so I am barely meeting my costs.
There are loads of opportunities. Networking events, Christmas Party, Football Community, Football at lunch, After work drinks
Yes
Brilliant place to work where you're treated as an equal. A great spring board for the future whether it is at Schroders or somewhere else.
Just be yourself and be friendly. Make sure you read up on Schroders and gain a good knowledge of the different roles on offer.
