  • I am currently studying for my Claritas Certificate, which has allowed me to learn all about the investment industry and created a stepping-stone for me to continue learning more and extend my knowledge about the financial industry. • My tips and advice would be, to be confident and be yourself. If you show that you are willing to learn and dedicated to those who are interviewing they will be able to see straight away just how compatible you are to the core values Schroders adopts. Always try your hardest to show that you are what the company is looking for and how much of an asset you will be to the business.
