  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role at Harrods is training to be a highly successful sales associate, this involves a high level of presence on the shop floor where most of my time is spent experiencing the day to day trading of the business, while using and applying my training that I learn in sessions off of the shop floor. My tasks during the day are to ensure that the customer experience at Harrods is of the standard that our customers expect with a globally renowned name, while ensuring that the environment our shoppers are in is clean, tidy and showcasing the latest collections from some of the worlds most well known designers.
