  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

  • 9. Would you recommend Leonardo to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Because it's a great environment to work, with many benefits as an apprentice. It's a great place to be to start and progress your career. I strongly believe that there's not a better place to be as an apprentice.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Leonardo?
  • Nothing really, other than do it. The application process was long, but it wasn't unreasonable. The assessment day was relaxed, which was surprising, but again it's definitely not a bad thing. It actually helped me show what I can do better because I wasn't nervous during the interview or the assessments.
