  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I think that the Fidelity apprenticeship scheme is a fantastic opportunity to get into the business world, you gather great skills through training and mentoring, you also gather tremendous amounts of confidence through support and guidance. The best thing about the apprenticeship is that it you are constantly pushing your limits and trying to use and improve your skills to the maximum.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The Apprenticeship program is fairly well set up and structures, the interview process and hiring process was very thorough however when starting the apprenticeship the work load feels a little slow however when your training begins it slowly picks up, one thing I would like to see more is more help and guidance for apprentices who haven't had to conduct a project before or be involved in a project before so that they know what they are going and don't feel lost.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • everyone is also very supportive in making you feel comfortable with something or if you need help they will be there to help out with. However I do feel that when being placed on your first project you should be guided along the way so you know what is expected of you and you don't feel lost and panicked.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • The salary at Fidelity for an Apprentice is extremely good for an apprenticeship, also there is an expenses system so if you have to travel for a business purpose then fidelity will refund you the money back if it has come out of your own pocket.
