5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
My programme is very well structured and organized I feel because we are always given 10 weekly reviews and this can tell us where we are in terms of our progress and also how our chosen site feels about us which I find important as it can show me where I need to improve.
6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
I feel I receive adequate support from my training provider as they will get back to us about queries we may have but sometimes I feel that they do not visit us regularly enough on site to see where we actually are in terms of progress etc.

My salary more than meets my costs as I have my own home and can afford my living costs comfortably and also when I travel for business all of my travel expenses are paid for me which I feel is a great bonus as not many companies do this.
8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
There are many opportunities outside of work for me as Siemens holds an annual Tech Conference which helps to tell all the technicians how the business is doing and also allows them to ask questions about any changes or worries they might have.
9. Would you recommend Siemens to a friend?
I feel that Siemens is a good company to work for as you aren't treated like a number most of the time, the salary is good and you are never made to feel like a question or worry you have about anything is silly.
10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Siemens?
I would say to others applying for Siemens to be yourself during the interview stage, also during onboarding ask as many questions as you can if you don't understand something or just generally need help with something, they will always answer as best as they can.
