  • IT Support technician. My daily activities include setting up training rooms ready for the days training, making sure all of the computers are working throughout the day with no faults, at the end of the day i tidy up the training rooms and make sure they are ready for the next days training. My daily interactions internally include helping the trainers with any problems that they have, helping members of staff with any problems. I don't have any interactions externally apart from if i ever answer the phone to people.
