  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I feel like I have had a few problems with this through the apprentice company as it took a long time to meet my first learner manager after a few months he left the company, which then meant I was left with no one for a month I was emailing another learner manager as I was well ahead with my work and I wanted to complete this as quick as possible, my new learner manager came in to see me but didn't really know what to get me to do or what my job was about I felt like he wont be able to help me this Is why I'm happy I was put on courses through Howdens.
