Completing audit work in and out of office, as well as completing any admin work needed. I worked with auditors as well as employees within the tax department.

How to adapt to different places; such as the office and at a clients, and pick up new information fast so I could use it to complete work I was given.

I have enjoyed the programme as it has given me a big insight to the accounting industry and the work involved within the company, it's helped me narrow down my decisions for the future as well.

BDO has valued me really well and tried to organise as much insight to the company as possible by letting me work in different departments meeting people within the office etc.

It is well organised however there are times when there is no more work to do.

A lot of support as there are managers around at all times which you can ask questions to.

I received a lot of support and advice from my employer.

My travel costs were paid by BDO and I got paid for this work experience which I did not expect however it did make me feel more valued.

There was a few events on outside of work; such as the summer garden party, however there are a lot of social events within the workplace such as little raffles.

They helped and supported me throughout this work experience and look after their staff well.

Apply as early as possible and take your time completing the tests don't rush them.
