Business Insight week Review

PWC Business Insight Week Each day we shadowed a member of a different team experincing their daily jobs. Throughout the day we managed to complete tasks set up by the magers which gave us a great insight into the different roles within this sector.

On completion of this week I have became more confident when meeting new people. I have also developed my ICT skills and recieved EXCEL trainning which proved very useful when completing the daily tasks.

I have thourghly enjoyed the experince. I have grown as an indivual this week in that I am more confident. I have really enjoyed working with my peers and being partnered with a buddy. The company have been exceptional and have taken great care of us. All my expectations throughtout the week have been met and Im leaving with a satisfied feeling about my further career and educatoin plans.

Everyone has been very welcoming and the open office floor enviornment provides a friendly atmosphere. No question has been too silly to ask anyone as they are all willing to chat and give advice no matter what their job role is. I have been made to feel very inmvolved and included and our opinion was always valued and listened too.

The programme has been extremly well organised.On the first day we were provided with a timetable outlinning exactly what we'd be doing and when.

The support was great especially as we were paired with a buddy. We were given all the conatcts to approch in the rare case .

Everyone at all levels were very helpful. They have provided us with all the information for moving on or options for when we leave school and gave us contacts if we have any questions for when we return to school.

The package was great, and we were paid which wasnt expected as it was a great experimce you wouldnt recieve anywhere else.
