I enjoy working for Aldi and being part of a much wider team as a whole as i have gained valuable skills and knowledge and i look forward to progressing my roll within Aldi and the retail industry. Before working and being part of an apprenticeship scheme i was enrolled in college while also looking for a job to help with expenses and gain experience. On the apprenticeship i am able to both gain a qualification and learn new skills as well as experience and be working.

9a. Would you recommend Aldi to a friend? *

Yes

9b. Why? *

Because i feel working at aldi and to be part of the team is a great experience and learning opportunity as although they work you hard they push you to your full potential.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aldi? *

I would say make sure retail is defiantly the industry for you and just be yourself, it may seem a bit much much to take in at first but youll get there as everyone started out somewhere and we all have to learn. Dont expect to know everything straight away and dont hesitant to ask for help it scary as it seems.
