  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I am an Audit Associate, I carry out as part of a team financial audits on company accounts, testing the figures for accuracy and completeness at their financial year end. Tasks differ on a daily basis dependant on the type and size of the company. I could be working alone or with a large team to complete the audits. I interact with clients and colleagues each day mainly based on site or within my main office of Milton Keynes. As well as carrying out the audits, I attend college as I work towards my ACCA qualifications. This is usually 1-2 days per week over an average of 5-6 weeks with an exam following shortly afterwards.
