Daily reporting to build a bigger report monthly with allows the business to understand the business sales in comparison to the market. This then turned into looking into insights as to how I think the business should operate in order to grow.
I have learnt many new skills: excel, office etiquette, power BI, using/talking to external stakeholders etc...
I largely enjoy my programme as it allows me to understand my degree at first hand. I enjoying putting my university learnings straight into practise.
My programme is very well structured: my work tasks are clearly set out allowing me to attend university on a Friday.
I receive lots of support from my employer, this support ranges from work to university support too.
I feel my training provider offers great support one example being my own learning disability support is very valued.
My degree is very well rounded and it allows me to understand the business form all angles from HR to digital marketing. This gives me the opportunity to understand a business as a whole.
Yes, there is a great sense of community within L'Oréal. They have many different committees to join, many events to attend e.g., disability and neurodiversity.
Yes
I would defiantly recommended L'Oréal as a degree apprentice employer as it has taught me how a business operates at first hand, straight out of school! One major point I like about L'Oréal is the sense of community, they make everyone feel valued within such a large space.
Make sure you are confident in your own ideas as this is very valued within the company.
