Flying start degree programme in the audit LOS. I was on a range of clients in different industries. Treated as an AS2 at PwC for this placement so i was given responsibility in areas under the guidance of senior staff
Yes - how to manage responsibilities. Finding the balance between learning myself and reaching out. Improved confidence through interactions with team members and other staff members
I love the programme perfect blend between university life and paid professional placements
There is very good blend on this programme. Clearly shown and communicated the new steps. However, i sometimes felt on rejoining PwC for each of the placements it took a bit of time to get booked to jobs. Found this frustrating
Was assigned a career coach who reached out to me. However, sometimes I felt slightly isolated when I was not getting booked to client work.
Very helpful. There is a good blend between the University of Nottingham, PwC and the Icaew. I had regular communication from all 3 parties.
I would struggle in the role without this as my programme also helps towards the professional qualification in accounting.
Yes PwC offer regular social as well as many office initiatives. These are very flexible and open to everyone.
