    • Started 18months ago as receptionist at premier inn, recently promoted to duty manager covering reception, housekeeping and restaurant

    • Learnt how to interpret language and how questions are written, also internal and external customers

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • I did level 2 but really should have started at level 3 but was unsure as hadn’t experience an apprenticeship before - so did get a lot from the programme

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • Aptem very organised and structure ok Just had difficulty with how they ask certain questions in understanding what exactly they were asking ?

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • I received some support from employer but as my manager hasn’t done an apprenticeship herself she couldn’t really help ?

    • Not really but if I do level 3 I think it would benefit me more But as I have worked in the industry for years I didn’t get too much out of it :(
