  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, I balance E-commerce and Advocacy. In Advocacy, I build relationships with creators to boost organic mentions and engagement. I analyze performance data, plan events, manage partnerships, and seed products. For E-commerce, I ensure best-practice assets are available for new product launches across all online retailers. I work closely with retailer NAMs, manage sampling campaigns, meet strict deadlines, update website content, and track influencer and product performance. My goal is to enhance brand visibility and drive online sales.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My degree apprenticeship program directly enhances my performance in my role. The curriculum is designed to be relevant to my daily tasks and responsibilities, allowing me to immediately apply what I learn in a practical setting. For example, the marketing modules directly inform my approach to influencer collaborations and campaign development. • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes, there are several extracurricular activities available at work. For those who enjoy staying active, there's a weekly run club every Tuesday at 5k. We also have occasional fitness events, like the PPD division's F45 class, which was a challenging but enjoyable experience. For those interested in more relaxed activities, there's a book club on my floor. Opportunities also exist to engage with other teams and generations, such as the Gen Z call I hosted to gather feedback on an out-of-home campaign. While each floor (and division) has its own budget and social events, resulting in some variation in the frequency and type of activities, there's generally a good range of options available to cater to different interests.
