They offer so much support. they help teach you, while giving you your own responsibilities to feel like a valued worker (not just being seen as the apprentice).
There were some issues at the start when starting our first year, but since then our issues had been voiced and they did everything they could to make it better. it has really improved and it now great
The degree we study is business management, I think it is great as it gives a well rounded learning about the whole business not just our job role. My role is data, but i have learnt about marketing, hr ect as well as what i do in my day to day role. it helps us with our careers in the future because it will give us knowledge of all aspects of business.
There are many sports teams and run clubs many networking events And different diversity groups (lqbtq+, neurodivergence, gender ect)

I'd recommend a L'Oréal apprenticeship to anyone looking for a dynamic and engaging career start. It's an incredible opportunity to gain real-world experience in the exciting beauty industry. Imagine working behind the scenes with iconic brands, learning from experts, and developing valuable skills. there is so much potential for career growth, the chance to build a professional network, and the personal development that comes with such an experience. They'd gain confidence, independence, and a deeper understanding of the industry.
