Part of the proxy team in charge o handling the proxies, their rules and policies and user requests.
I have learnt various technical skills and knowledge and have been able to develop my collaboration and communication skills,
I have enjoyed a lot what this programme has offered me.
It could be structured and organised better sometimes can feel like a bit of a mess and the courses aren't allocated in order.
My employer has been nothing but supportive in my programme and allocates adequate time between studies and the job.

It helps foundationally with your role but doesn't cover specifics, its more general training which is still helpful.
There are many social events and other things to get involved in.
