  • management of kpi, customer service, desk shifts, kitchen shifts, housekeeping shifts, team management, implementation of any changes imposed by the company, handling complaints

  • I have a larger picture of why we do things in this way rather than other ways, I have new ideas about how to manage situations and how to overcome obstacles

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I loved my apprenticeship and I tried my best to be at the top of my learnings, I'm very glad to have now achieved my functional skills in english and math

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • it's very organised and I had a lot of support from my tutor even if we are thousands of kilometers away, I felt always listened and he always showed me the way but never providing the answer, I think that's the best way since I am a manager and I'm the one who should take the right decision.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer did not support me at all in my journey, I had to work over my contracted hours and I had also booked some of the holiday to be able to study. On top of my 48 hours contracted a week I had to study at night time to be able to achieve what I achieved.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I had lots of support from my provider. My tutor offered my extra learnings that I gratefully have taken to be able to pass my exams especially math.

  • I think everyone at my position should be on the apprenticeship, it gives a wider view of the market, the world we are in and how to mange situations.

  • you can do better than this. The company do not deliver what they promise, they change to please the shareholders, your value is zero.
