It’s been able to provide me with fundamental skills that will be used throughout my life in my career and personal life. It’s highly tailored to the individual interests and therefore makes it very attractive
Focus on what you can give the company in regards to your soft skills and be an interpersonal as you can. Be active and as present as you can when going to any assessment weekends
